Hi, I’m Alberto De Leon
I’m Alberto de De León, a data analyst with a flexible, tool-agnostic approach to solving problems. I believe the tool should fit the task — not the other way around. That’s why I use Python for data cleaning and transformation, KNIME or Visual Studio Community for building ETL pipelines, and SQL for querying and managing data in warehouses.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and completed a graduate program in Data Analytics, combining business strategy with technical skills to deliver data-driven solutions that actually make sense in a real-world context. I don’t just analyze data — I connect it back to people, processes, and decisions.

Right now, I work in the HR and Business Operations fields, so many of the datasets here reflect the real-world challenges and opportunities in those areas. You’ll find projects focused on workforce metrics, performance tracking, process optimization, and more.
I’ve also included a project I developed in college on financial inclusion — a topic I care deeply about. Finance is one of my core interests, and I continue to explore how data can help create more equitable access to financial services.
